HEAVY DUTY TAPER LOCK PULLEY

Produced to consistently high quality as per IS 3142 Standard. Manufactured from grade G20,G25,SG Iron, Mild Steel. High Resistant to wear, giving extended life. Assembled with Taper lock bushes for easy interchangeability. We produces up to 2500 mm standard size pulleys for higher power transmission.

TIMING PULLEYS

We manufacture all types of timing pulleys with taper lock bush which gives positive & continuous drive without slip. Easy interchangeable timing pulley. Smooth Operation and constant angular velocity with no jerk no vibration. Reduced belt tension, Longer drive bearing life.

QD BUSH TYPE PULLEYS

Quick Detachable (QD) bushings are used in pulleys to mount sprockets, sheaves, and other components. They are inserted into quick-disconnect hubs to secure the pulley to the bushing. Mounting pulleys, sheaves, and sprockets Split-tapered bushings: Contract more tightly around the shaft than QD bushings

FLEXIBLE GEAR COUPLINGS

High mechanical flexibility with involute profile, induction and hardened teeth. Accommodates angular, parallel and axial misalignments, Compact assembly and larger bore capacities. Cast steel & forged hubs with hardened teeth's for high wear resistance.

STANDARD THREE JAW COUPLINGS

Three jaw couplings are made up of two metallic hubs and an elastomer insert, also known as a spider. Hubs: The hubs are made of metal, such as aluminum, bronze, steel, stainless steel, or ductile iron. Spider: The spider is an elastomer insert that provides dampening protection. It's usually made of Nitrile Butadiene (Buna N) rubber, which is oil resistant and elastic.

FLEXIBLE PIN BUSH COUPLINGS

Act as coupling bolts and are tightened with nuts Made of rubber or leather, and absorb shock loads and vibrations Can transmit torque at high speeds Can absorb shock loads Can accommodate misalignment

TYRE COUPLINGS

Tyre couplings are highly elastic and lubrication free. Excellent shock absorbing properties. Reduces vibrations and torsional oscillations. Large amounts of misalignments in all planes. We produce F40 - F250 Size tyre couplings.

HRC FLEXIBLE COUPLINGS

The design of the HRC Coupling had been optimized so that power capacities are balanced to the appropriate shaft utilizing tapper lock bush fixing. Incidental parallel, angular & axial displacement of the connected shaft can be accommodated. Relatively high load carrying capacity. Can accommodate moderate shock loads and vibrations. Easy install with its in interlocking design.
